Lacrosse Tournament & Lessons for Sons

Last Saturday was my son's lacrose tournament. They just won first game, so we have a break until the championship game. This is all so new to us because we have never had a child play lacrosse. I guess it will be good practice for some day playing football since they are hitting and fighting for the ball. As they get older, the games get tougher! But, isn't that fantastic for boys. Boys need to learn to be tough and team sports is one of the best ways to learn comraderie, courage and confidence. I am so thankful that my son has played sports over the years and learns small lessons in growing to manhood.

If your son has never played sports, encourage him to do so. It is a great time for fathers and sons to grow together, as well.
