Coronation of Glory - Lady Jane Grey

The year was 1553 and the date was today, July 19th.

Fifteen-year old Lady Jane Grey, the greatest and best hope of the Protestant party, was deposed as queen of England after claiming the crown for nine days. Bloody Mary - the Catholic duaghter of Kiing Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon - was proclaimed queen. Lady Jane was summarily executed along with a number of her supporters, and a terrible wave of persecution broke out all across the land - documented in the classic work Foxe's Book of Martyrs.

To read about the awe-inspiring biography of Lady Jane Grey, see our description of Coronation of Glory. I cannot believe the faith and courage this very, young lady had as she stood for her belief in Jesus Christ alone. I was amazed and you will be, too. Order your copy HERE
